Boilermakers - 8 Weeks in Bassendean
Urgently require trade certified Boilermakers for 8 weeks workshop assignment. This is an exciting opportunity to join our international client based in Bassendean.
These positons will require the rotation of a week of day shifts with a week of afternoon shifts:
- Day Shift: 6am to 2pm - $39 per hour
- Afternoon Shift: 2pm to 10pm - $45.74
Working on the fabrication and refurbishment of a range of large scale mining products & equipment, applicants must be trade qualified and have sound fabrication and welding skills for thick plate.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Australian recognised trade qualifications for Boilermaker - First Class Welders
- Sound skills to weld plate & castings
- Must have prior flux cored welding skills & experience
- Experience with thick plate/wear plates
- Prior Experience with earth moving equipment or similar large scale fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol screens
- Safety focused attitude
- Reliable and willing to work hard within a team
